The price for the provision of legal services generally consists of lawyer fees, and the reimbursement of costs related to provision of legal services (hereafter referred to as the price). Legal services of JUDr. Jaroslav Hošek’s lawyer’s office are usually provided for a negotiated price.

If not an agreed price, the fee will belong to the lawyer for the provision of legal services fees and compensation under the Ministry of Justice Decree No. 177/1996 Coll. Reward and remuneration of lawyers for providing legal services (lawyers tariff), as amended.
